OpenClaw Manager ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: we do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

  • Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers or fingerprints
  • Any content from your conversations with AI agents

3. How the App Works

OpenClaw Manager is a client application that connects directly to OpenClaw gateway instances that you specify. All communication occurs directly between the App on your device and your gateway server.

  • Gateway credentials (URLs, API keys, tokens) are stored locally on your device using the native Keychain encryption provided by Apple. These credentials never leave your device and are never transmitted to us.
  • Chat content and session data are exchanged directly between your device and your OpenClaw gateway. We have no access to this data.
  • App settings and preferences are stored locally on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only network connections the App makes are to the OpenClaw gateway addresses that you explicitly configure.

5. Data Security

Your gateway credentials are protected using Apple's Keychain Services, which provides hardware-backed encryption. All network communication with your gateway is conducted over the connection protocol your gateway supports (typically HTTPS).

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App is a developer/administrator tool intended for users who operate OpenClaw gateway instances.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. All data generated by your use of the App resides entirely on your device and your OpenClaw gateway.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
